BHHSCP Brand Evolution

I played a crucial role in the overall evolution of the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties visual identity and branding by incorporating a classy serif font complimented by a modern san-serif font. Removing the brand color Cabernet as the main color and introducing more black with accents of Cabernet created a new luxury feel to the BHHSCP brand as well. My goal was to create, monitor, and maintain more consistency across our offices so that our brand was more easily recognizable.
