She is generally the first point-of-contact for design inquiries and expertise. The quality of her work is so high that it is agency worthy and often when she presents three different concepts it’s hard to select just one.
Janielle is constantly being asked and often is specifically requested to work with agents on special requests. The agents really respect her expertise. In addition to special requests, she is often asked to design multiple pieces of collateral for large company initiatives or campaigns.

Working with a graphic artist can be a crapshoot. Sometimes, you just don't sync with a creative, or your artistic visions just don't align. I have never had that issue with Janielle. We can sit down with her, give her broad concepts, create a Pinterest board over a few days, and after a couple of follow ups, we have our marketing assets and deliverables that we are all very happy with.
